Every morning for breakfast I have the same thing and it is DELICIOUS and puts some pep in my step! Spark smoothie recipe:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
1/2C frozen blueberries
1/2C frozen strawberries or any other fruit you like. I mix it up.
Handful of spinach
1 scoop spark (I use cherry)
1/2 scoop pineapple mango rehydrate
You can definitely make this without the spark and rehydrate and it will taste great. The consistency of this smoothie is perfect. It taste just like smoothie king, but without a million calories!
